Gerda Kotzé

Gerda has more than 2000 coaching hours as a Results Coaching Systems accredited life, team and executive coach. She holds certification in Meta Coaching Level 1 and is geared to obtain her certification in Level 2. As a student and teacher of the Enneagram, she has used the IEQ9 Enneagram Profile (individuals and teams) for both corporate and personal clients extensively. She is also accredited in using the AIM Enneagram and Leadership Maturity Profiles. As a certified and accredited Neurozone High Performance Consultant and Coach, she is enabling individuals, teams, and organisations to understand the neuro analytical and scientific drivers underpinning Resilience and High Performance. Gerda holds certifications in NLP for Coaches, Design Thinking and Neurolink Advanced Brain Profiling. She has been the first woman in South Africa to be trained in the SEMCO STYLE organisational and leadership model through the Semco Style Institute in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Prior to her successful career as a coach, Gerda spent more than 20 years as a secondary school teacher before capitalising on her vast experience by re-inventing herself. The journey was a humbling, yet most rewarding experience which has enabled Gerda to help others embrace their own personal transformation with confidence and integrity. Gerda believes that change offers an opportunity for growth and confesses she learnt to embrace her own vulnerability and fears as she faced her inner giants. Today she passionately lives her purpose – contributing to a better world with vortex energy and wisdom. Igniting Hope.
